Dear Parents and Friends,

As you will be aware from our recent emails, we are working towards establishing Small Study Groups on both the Kemang and Pejaten Campuses.  These groups are designed to support students who may be finding it difficult to work online from home for all sorts of reasons.  We have surveyed families from both campuses and we are pleased to see some strong support for such a programme.  Further information will be sent to those parents who registered their interest regarding specific logistics in the coming days, with the groups themselves commencing on Monday 23rd November, 2020.

One of the requirements for participating in this programme is that all students involved in such groups, and all academic staff working with students, demonstrate they return a negative rapid test result for COVID-19.  Consequently, we have engaged PT Heksa Lingkar Diagnostiks to test all academic staff that will be on campus during the running of these small study groups. 

We will also provide an opportunity for students (and if you wish, parents and your household staff) to be tested at the same time.  A drive-through Testing Facility will be established at our KEMANG CAMPUS on Tuesday 17th November between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.  The cost for each test is IDR 120,000 per person.

Select a suitable appointment time through the booking app:

Go to www.schoolinterviews.com.au, select “Make a Booking” and enter the event code xzezy.  (We are adapting the use of the Parent Interviews Booking App).

  • Two family members can be tested in the one appointment time.

           Please make an additional appointment for each additional two people you wish to have tested.

  • There are two test stations per time slot.

For your appointment, please:

  • Also complete the online form for each person to be tested found at       https://forms.gle/1GBaYeACdXpBpS1t7.
  • Bring with you any of your Passport/KTP/KITAS or Photo ID for verification purposes (for each person tested).
  • Bring proof of transfer of IDR 120,000 per person tested.

In order to ensure a smooth flow for testing, please ensure you arrive on time for your test(s).

Results will be emailed to participants, typically within 24 hours.

Of course, you are free to obtain a COVID-19 Rapid Test result from your own medical provider; however, it will be a condition of participation that all students submit a negative Rapid Test Result before commencing.  If you decide to participate at a later date, you will need to provide a recent negative Rapid Test Result at that time.

We will be in touch again early next week with more information about our plans Small Study Groups in support of online learning, the associated logistics and Health Protocols we will have in place.  We aim to commence these groups in the week beginning 23rd November.  Once again, thank you for your patience. 

Each week Mr. Henri meets with our new campus project team, taking a tour of the site.  Progress continues to be made toward a January completion.  The exterior of the building is taking on some much needed colour and the interior continues to progress according to plan.  Some landscaping is also underway.  We hope to have a number of internal spaces completed and furnished over the coming weeks and we look forward to sharing pictures with you as soon as they are complete.
