On Monday 21st August, we were lucky to have the team from BOS (The Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation) come to talk to our students about their work. Helping Hands students, Isabelle, Anusha and Ananya were very proud to hand over a cheque for the money (Rp. 10,959,400) we raised in our classroom coin collection buckets last term. All classes then listened to presentations about the work of BOS and children asked some great questions to the team about primates and how we can help.
Thanks to the parents and staff who supported the BOS merchandise stall- 100% of the profits go back to help the orangutans.
