The friendliness and loyalty of everyone from maintenance staff, gardeners, drivers, security guards, administrative to academic staff, is thick and apparent. It is like a warm home where everyone is welcomed and they stay on for a long time, by choice.
The school community is extremely friendly and welcoming. The children at AIS are also so enthusiastic and warm making teaching a sheer pleasure. Staff interact a lot and regularly get together socially after work.
